Olle Holmertz (born 1963) is a Master of Science in Business Administration and has several years of experience in project and export financing, venture capital investments and from positions as Financial Director in small technology companies. Eva Jonasson (born 1956), B.A. degrees in foreign languages and business administration with many years of experience from the treasury departments of several large, international companies. Being the financial controller of CIMON's treasury operations, Eva is also the Administrative Manager of the Group. eva.jonasson@cimon.se

Björn Littorin (born 1948) is a Master of Engineering with more than twenty years of experience from the development of manufacturing operations as well as service companies - mainly as a consultant. Björn Littorin has developed and managed major consultancy companies himself, and has also published several books focusing on growth by means of limited resources. Per Jansson (born 1956) -  D.D.S., former Managing Director of Incus Medical AB, acting Managing Director of CFS Medical AB. Dental degree from the University of Lund 1982. Current board positions include Paxman Coolers Ltd and Eutech Medical AB. 16 years of experience from the medical technology industry.
