one of us becomes Chairman of the Board, and the chief responsible
for CIMONīs investments in the company devotes one or more days
per week to the company and its developments.

CIMON offers venture capital investors to participate as
equity investors in companies reviewed and recommended by CIMON
and in which CIMON is a co-investor.
CIMONs activities are designed to identify the best projects from a continuous flow of proposals,
perform due diligence procedure, review business plans and
management, negotiate terms with existing owners and act as advisor
in the financial offering process.
CIMON remains as advisor to the board of directors and management
of all companies in which CIMON has invested as long as needed to
support growth of the business and at least to the point in time
where cash flow has turned positive.
