Our Venture Operations in Brief
CIMON shall, in our capacity of active shareholders, give young high-technology companies the possibility
to grow and develop their full potential.
Our contribution as shareholders shall consist of:
- Management support
- Financing
Our earnings consists of the value growth achieved in co-operation with the entrepreneur, the company´s own
staff and other investors - a value growth to be realised within a time frame of three to five years.
Business Concept
CIMON provides growing high-technology companies with capital ("Seed Financing") and management support;
venture capital investors with high quality investment opportunities.
Investment Criteria
If you are a business entrepreneur with unique products under development and you need financing and management
support, CIMON could be your partner. Your products are in the pharmaceutical area, biotechnology or medical
equipment field and your business is in full control of and owner of the intellectual property related to the product. The development of the product has come so far that you are able to demonstrate a full scale, working prototype and ready to start manufacturing and large scale user tests. Your business should be able to reach at least USD 50 millions in turnover within a 3 to 5-year period.

CIMON - an active partner
CIMON believe that a combination of technical and industrial expertise and management capability will
enhance the chances for success of early stage ventures.
An important element of CIMON's strategy is the time commitments
of the Management of CIMON to work closely with the portfolio companies
during the start-up phases of development. Another key element of
our strategy is to work closely with other venture capital funds
to ensure a smooth transition to conventional venture capital sponsorship
and access to larger pools of capital needed to fund venture development.
